There is a person, who’s been sitting for 20 years on the same place and actually would have liked to become a superdancer. One person is only beautiful when sitting. One has just one chair. It is a wooden chair and traces of opened beer bottles are visible on it. One person needs all chairs, otherwise she gets a real problem. And if you don’t give her your chair, you will have a problem too. And one chair is for the director.

Halbtraum

‘Halbtraum’ shows four young people in their daily lives. They want to break out of their fenced-in reality.

In the dream a fifth character joins them. The illusion made it possible for them to do what otherwise they never would. And what happens when dreamers dream?

It would be crazy to wait for a time when suddenly everything becomes understandable. Why should everything be clear? Why indeed? To understand 20% is enough. Even percentages are symbolic, because it could actually be even less yet it is still good to keep a wonderful 10%.
